Artist's Description

"Spring Tidings II" is cropped and digitally altered from my original painting "Spring Tidings". This waterscape depicts Chicago's Monroe Harbor in spring. Navy Pier can be seen in the distance, along with the landmark Chicago Harbor Lighthouse. The harbor is void of boats, save for a few small watercraft being sailed among the mooring floats. The tops of flowering ornamental crab trees along the lakefront are pictured in the foreground.
