Mickey's Fun Wheel metal print by Doug Kreuger. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

"Mikey's Fun Wheel" ---Disneyland Resort, Anaheim, CA
Located inside Disney's California Adventure Park, on Paradise Pier, Mickey's Fun Wheel is one of only 2 �wonder wheel� Ferris wheels still operating in the United States. This crazy thrill ride features swinging baskets that rapidly race and sway along isolated loops, while the giant outer wheel slowly turns.
For the less adventurous---saner passengers can opt to ride inside the safer outer baskets, which turn more sensibly, as with a traditional ferris wheel.
Yes, I did brave this attraction. Naturally, I put my trust in the slow-turning baskets because my 2-year old grandson, Isaac, with me. If the truth were told, Isaac would have preferred one of the faster baskets---had he met the minimum height requirement. (-:

About Doug Kreuger
Doug Kreuger, Landscape Artist Member of Oil Painters of America Doug was born in, Aberdeen, South Dakota, and grew up in Hazel Crest, Illinois. From early childhood, Doug demonstrated a strong interest in drawing, painting, and building things. Throughout his school years, Doug excelled in all his art classes, winning numerous awards and recognition for his artistic abilities. 

Upon graduating from high school, Doug became a student at The American Academy of Art, Chicago, where he studied commercial graphics, life drawing and watercolors. 

Doug's first job as a professional artist was with Unigraf, a company that specialized in designing P.O.P (point-of-purchase) displays and display graphics. Doug left that company...
